Wabasta's Shipping Policy

  • Currently shipping pan India ( on pincodes approved by our delivery partner shiprocket)
  • Minimum order value for free shipping is Rs.400/-
  • Customers would be required to make the full payment to initiate shipping. Unless it's a COD payment where we will call you to confirm before initiating shipping. 
  • Standard shipping time is 7-10 days after order placement. Customers in Bangalore can request for an express shipping option which is chargeable. Do reach out to us on 7349749882 to know more.

 

Wabasta's Refund and Returns Policy

You are welcome to return a product and get full refund, in case it doesn't meet your expectations but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.  

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is only applicable for pre-paid orders. We don't have a 7 day return policy for COD orders!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

 

Procedure to return the product.

1. Preserve the condition of the product as received.

3. Once return is accepted, we will arrange for pick up 
4. Once we receive the product and approve of its condition, we will transfer the complete amount within one working day.
